Confectionery industry since 1947
1947
Serra Industria Dolciaria was founded in Lastrico, in an area of Serravalle Scrivia. The still traditional laboratory method, almost the same used by master pastry makers, encompasses the passion and enthusiasm of a young couple, Fiorenzo Serra and Loredana Ferrari.

1958
Ten years of hard work create the conditions to transfer the company to a new site, in the open countryside outside Serravalle Scrivia. Two sheds become three and the product range is expanded to include soft candies and then chewing gum.

The '80s
With the increasingly greater success of mass distribution, a new generation emerges: the children Alessandra and Luigi, after earning their degrees, begin working in the company and come face-to-face with a market that has undergone profound changes.

1990
The company is converted into an s.r.l., the company's leading sellers are becoming sugarless candies, and the market goes global. The medium-term objective is more than evident: to transfer to a bigger location to fully develop all the new potential areas of growth.

The rest is today's history: the new facility in the industrial district of Novi, areas for future expansion and constantly updated machinery and equipment to remain competitive and look toward the future with hope and confidence.

As always.
