Our Quality Policy

The Serra company’s quality department features a young, well-trained and motivated team, which is one of the company's success factors.
It has been entrusted by the Management with the task of translating into practice the themes and objectives that the company has set itself. These can be summarised in the extended concept of 'Quality' and 'Quality culture' which encompasses: product research starting with the selection of ingredients, innovation, safety at work, attention to environmental protection, recyclability of materials, sustainability.

The IFS quality certification, renewed each year with top scores, has involved the entire company structure, with a strong participation of workers and employees - coordinated (along with the management) by the Quality Department - in meetings, courses, elaboration of manuals and procedures. The driving belief is that any certification, in order to be effective, must be able to stimulate the continuous updating and improvement of every aspect of the company life.

The company has also achieved the Organic Certification and fulfilled the requirements to be authorised to produce food with additions and supplements.
